By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Each hand-made piece typically takes 3-4 weeks from the order date.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the USA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes

  • Our Contract: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will act as an acknowledgement and will also constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed at the time of ordering.
  • Pricing and Availability: While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All pricing is in US dollars
  • Payment: Full payment is due at the time of purchase and will be processed through Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.  Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been processed.
  • Garments: Color of product could vary based on the color settings on the computer and this may cause variation in color when item is received. The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on the site. Due to the handmade nature of the garments, variances in color and pattern may occur.
  • Garment Care: All items should be spot cleaned only; if full cleaning is required, garments should be taken to a dry cleaner with a special request to avoid chemical or liquid application to embellishment. Pieces with embellishment should be stored in garment bags to prevent snags and missing stones
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    1. Exchanges: Unworn ready-to-wear garments with receipt and all tags intact and undamaged may be exchanged for credit within 10 days of purchase date.
    2. Returns: Unworn ready-to-wear garments with receipt and all tags intact and undamaged may be returned for original form of payment,  20% restocking fee will be deducted, within 5 day of purchase
    3. Items that have been altered or customized (made in a color, embellishment style, etc. that differs from the original sample) are final sale.
  • Custom Orders:
    1. Must be paid in full before the order is processed.
    2. All sales final upon start of creative development and production; alterations due to weight (loss/gain) from time of fitting are subject to applicable alteration fees.
    3. Custom pieces take between 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of design and customization. Production and delivery time to be quoted and agreed upon during initial design consultation. It is the responsibility of both parties to maintain correspondence and be timely in appointments/fittings in order to efficiently facilitate the custom process.
    4. Client will receive confirmation e-mail on the products purchased (size, quantity, price).
    5. Client is responsible for the accuracy of all the information entered.
    6. Orders will be processed upon their receipt and can take up to three days (exclusive of shipping).
  • Damaged Items:
    1. If item received is damaged notification within 48 hours (Include phone number/e-mail for contact).
    2. Purchaser must include all materials that were included in the package.
  • Shipping:
    1. We offer flat-rate shipping – US – 2-3 day $9.95  ;  International (varies) – $24.95
    2. We are not liable to items shipped to PO Boxes
    3. We are not responsible for any errors made in customer entered shipping information. All information should be verified at the time the order is placed.
    4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect and/or damaged item was sent
    5. Once the package is in the hands of the selected Shipper, We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, acts of God or general difficulties experienced by the Shipper.
    6. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
  • Customs:
    1. There may be delays for shipment of purchase due to customs processing and may be held by the customs office in your country.
  • Information:
    1. By making an account at time of purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
    2. By registering the customer agrees to not include any false information.
    3. The client authorizes that the information they provide be stored when registering for an account. It will not be shared with any third party.
